2012 Reunion Information

The date of the 2012 Byrnes Family & Friends Reunion is August 3-5, 2012. This is our 20th anniversary, and we are hoping to get as many as possible to this special reunion. We haven't seen a lot of you for a long time, and it would mean so much to all of us and to Aunt Maureen, Aunt Patricia, and Uncle Pat, if you could join us for a great weekend. Friday night, we will be serving pizza at the hotel for whoever is there. This will come out of our reunion fund. Just bring what you would like to drink. Last year, many of us went to the bar at the hotel that night and had a blast singing and dancing to karaoke and visiting. Others played cards and visited. Saturday, golf starts at 10 a.m. for those who are golfing. There will be other things to do for the non golfers. Saturday night, we have a buffet dinner and some raffles will be done to raise money for next year's reunion. If anyone has anything to donate, let Doreen Marsh know. We are working on entertainment still, but will be a night of dancing and catching up. For those of you who can't join us for both nights, please come on Saturday. We want to make this a special year. Doreen has reserved 36 rooms, in which 13 are already taken. They do have larger family suites too. The rooms did go up in price from last year to $90 a night. The buffet this year will be cheaper. That is $15 per person. The golf stayed the same at $26.50 for our 9 hole scramble. We need your money before hand, so please send it to Doreen Marsh, PO Box 64, Birchwood, WI. 54817. Let Doreen know when you are coming, so we can make plans. Also, we are having special t-shirts made but not sure on the price yet, so we will get back to you on that. We will get them as cheap as we can. Hope to see you all there!
