Additional 2010 Reunion Info - Friday Boat Tour!

Our golf outing and family reunion is only 4 weeks away - July 30 & 31, in Waupaca, WI at the Foxfire Golf Club and Comfort Inn & Suites!

This year, we've added a new activity for those of us who arrive early on Friday. We will be taking a boat tour of the Waupaca Chain O' Lakes from 4:00-5:30 PM Friday afternoon! The tour is on the Lady of the Lake based out of Clear Water Harbor in Waupaca. We will be leaving the Foxfire Comfort Suites PROMPTLY at 3:30 PM - transportation will be provided to and from Clear Water Harbor. Tickets for the boat tour are $5 per person, children under 2 are free.

TO RESERVE YOUR SEAT ON THE FRIDAY AFTERNOON BOAT TOUR, PLEASE CONTACT MARY BEARDMORE BY SUNDAY, JULY 18 AT 920-680-9618 OR MBEARDMORE@NEW.RR.COM. (You will be responsible for paying Mary when you arrive in Waupaca. Please don't "stiff" her.)

After the boat ride on Friday, we will be providing pizzas at the Foxfire Comfort Suites Byrnes Party Room (first floor, right off the lobby). Pizzas will arrive about 7 PM. Please bring your coolers of "refreshments" and snacks like previous years.

Don't forget to bring your Family Gift Basket! Each family is asked to create and bring a gift basket to be raffled off at Saturday night's dinner. Proceeds from the raffle go to Byrnes Reunion savings account to fund next year's event.

The 2010 Byrnes Family Reunion is fast approaching!

Golf at 10:00 AM
Cocktails at 5:00 PM
Dinner at 6:00 PM
Music/Dance at 7:30 PM (Brooke & Jim will return to entertain us)

Motel Info:

• Room rate is $80
• Limited number of rooms in block
• Block will be released May 30th
• 48 hour cancellation policy
• Block of rooms for Friday night as well for those who wish to come early

Dinner Info:

• Buffet dinner to be held at Waupaca Ale House & Conference Center
• Cost is $18 per adult and $5 per child, 12 years and younger. Prices includes tax and gratuity.

Golf Info:

• Cost for golf is $26.50 for 9 holes with cart
• The first 9 holes will be a four person scrammble
• If you choose to golf 18, you will need to pay the extra fee at the club house and the back 9 will be regular golf.

New Family Activity:
Each "Byrnes Sibling Family" is to design a fun family gift basket filled with items that represents your entire family. The baskets are then to be brought to dinner on Saturday night. After dinner, we will raffle them off! You may theme them if you wish, example "Sports Basket." Families represented: Bernard, Bernice, Mick, Don, Ray, Larry, Maureen, Patrick, Patricia.

Family Reunion Approaches!

The Reunion is less than two weeks away! I know I can't wait to see everyone. We have over 85 people coming!!! This is just a reminder that golf is at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 20th. Cocktails are at 5 p.m. and dinner is at 6 p.m.
